HRHouz is an AI-powered applicant tracking system (ATS) that streamlines recruitment with smart candidate matching and automated workflows. Incubated at MyTyTech, HRHouz won Antler's Shark Tank product event.
The Problem
Traditional applicant tracking systems are clunky, keyword-based, and create friction for both recruiters and candidates. Recruiters spend hours manually screening resumes, and qualified candidates often get filtered out by rigid keyword matching.

HRHouz uses AI to fundamentally rethink how recruitment works:
